Shipping Information



Each item at is hand-cut, handmade, and/or hand-painted to order, which requires exceptional detail and care during production. All product that leaves the studio is personally inspected, measured, then thoughtfully hand-packaged with high-quality shipping materials for its journey to you!

Free Standard Shipping is offered to U.S. destinations.

This brand ships via USPS First Class, Mondays through Fridays. Please allow at least 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email for package to process into the USPS tracking system. Orders receiving free shipping do so via standard service. Current production turnaround times are listed at the top of the "Shipping" section of the shop, and are updated frequently based on current workload.

NEED IT FAST? If you need expedited delivery and/or want your order to jump to the head of the production line, please select the USPS Priority upgrade at checkout which ships within 3 business days on a 1-3 day delivery commitment by the USPS. 

Selection of a shipping service such as UPS or DHL does not equal a rush/priority upgrade of production time. Should you need expedited production, please contact the shop to request an $12.00 invoice for RUSH service, which will guarantee your package ships via your requested service provider within 1-3 business days of invoice settlement.

As is standard practice in the United States, "Business Days" are calculated as Mondays through Fridays - excluding national and postal holidays.

Shipping time within the US is normally 2-5 business days for first class mail, and 1-3 business days for Priority service (Saturday delivery included). However, shipping transit times are not guaranteed by USPS, and can take up to three weeks.

International shipping time for first class mail is about 1-4 weeks, dependent upon customs processing in your country. On rare occasions, your package may be held in customs for up to 4-6 weeks. International customers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed.

Once your shipment leaves the brand's possession with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. You are advised to use your tracking number to research and/or file a claim directly with the USPS for a lost package or non-delivery. Brand cannot provide any additional tracking information or assistance on parcels once shipped. If you believe your package to be missing or lost, submit a search request with the USPS.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard shipping does NOT include package insurance. Priority service strongly suggested for those who receive mail delivery through an un-managed community mailroom or similar. Packages confirmed as delivered by USPS will not be replaced by
