We hope you enjoy your purchase, and work very hard to produce high-quality products with favorable shipping profiles... However, if you should need to exchange your eligible item(s) - return shipping to the brand is at your own expense, and a re-shipping fee of $3.99 is required for your new package.

** Exchanges are available on new, unworn domestic purchases within ten (10) business days of the receipt of your package, based on the USPS tracking information affiliated with the original shipment.

** Exchanges are not offered to International orders.

** Sale items, RTS items, "custom" items and/or special orders (ie: monogrammed products), and specialty sizes (ie: "X" - extra tall/chunky sized items) are not eligible for exchange.

** Regretfully, returns are not accepted.



- To initiate an exchange, send a note to the shop ( including your order number with your request to confirm eligibility.

- Send your new, unworn product(s) back. Delivery confirmation service strongly suggested!

- You will be issued a new invoice for the re-shipping fee via email.

- Upon successful receipt of the returned item(s) and payment of your re-shipping invoice, your replacement order will be entered into the production queue behind outstanding orders waiting in front of it. See current shipping/production notes at to determine your turnaround time.

- Your exchange order will ship via Standard delivery service once it has reached the top of the production queue. You will receive an email with a new shipping confirmation number.
