Q: How do I determine what size to choose?
A: Toggle to the "Sizing Chart" page in the header menu and/or the pop-up menu inside each product page to guide your sizing choice. Product runs true to this sizing chart ONLY. When in doubt, order UP! 

Q: What should I do if my baby has tall, chunky, or fat feet?
A: At checkout, choose the "X" version of your respective size, which indicates you'd like the "extra tall/chunky" pattern cut - which allows for about .25" of more height (not width!) room in the shoe for very chunky feet. IMPORTANT NOTE: "X" sizes are considered specialty, and are not eligible for exchange.

Q: My baby is wobbling/walking. Do you offer a non-slip sole option?
A: Yes. A luxe, rich genuine leather sole upgrade is available... Leather is a natural non-slip textile! Leather color is black. Upgraded soles are recommended for sizes 5 and larger, and/or for wobblers/walkers. The upgrade is priced at $8.00 per pair, and may be chosen from the drop-down menu inside of each product page.

Q: Are these products machine washable?
A: Yes. With the exception of the Felt Hearts - which should be spot-cleaned, all apparel and footwear at littleKMD.com is machine washable. Apparel products, including hand-painted items, should be washed on a regular cycle, tumble dry. Suggested care for footwear is hand or machine washing on a cool / gentle cycle, hang or lay out to air dry. **Submerging leather products is NOT recommended due to potential color bleeding on light cotton fabrics.  

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Check the "Shipping" section for updated information on production turnaround times, which may vary during different times of the year. Standard production time prior to shipping is 7-10 business days.

Q: Can I get my order expedited?
A: Yes. Domestic customers may choose the "USPS PRIORITY + RUSH" shipping option at checkout. Your order will jump to the top of the production list and ship within 3 business days with USPS Priority service (1-3 day delivery).

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please check your email receipt confirmation -- it tells you how to calculate your "ship by" date. Your order will always ship ON TIME, on or before that date!

Q: My order shows as "shipped," but I have not yet received it. Can you help?
A: Unless you have selected Priority USPS service and its delivery deadline has passed, no additional information or assistance can be provided about packages that have left the possession of littleKMD.com. Please refer to the "Shipping Policies" section for more detailed information.

Q: Can I trust this online retailer? Are there independent reviews to consider?
A: Yes! Over SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE STAR REVIEWS may be found in the littleKMD Etsy shop, where reviews cannot be edited or revised per Etsy policies.

Q: I saw sports team products on your Instagram, but don't see them in them available here... Can you make my team/school?
A: Most likely: Yes! Send an email to littleKMD.com to inquire about your favorite team, or take a quick look in the Etsy shop. If your team isn't represented there, it's very likely that your favorite is indeed available as a custom order. These requests incur an additional $8.00 fee to cover the special textile order. Send an email to confirm your team as an available custom order: orders@littleKMD.com

Q: I have an idea for a pattern or color not currently available in your shop... Do you take custom requests?
A: Yes! Email your idea to: orders@littleKMD.com, and you'll receive a reply with options and additional info on how to make your custom request happen.

Q: Do your packing slips contain pricing information?
A: No. Packing slips are not an invoice or receipt, and do not contain purchase price information.

Q: Do you offer multiple pair discounts?
